Total Time

The Total Time report is available at the teacher, school and district administrator levels, and allows educators to view the total amount of time in each program. Below, the Total Time report is shown at the teacher level.

The Total Time report displays automatically for all classes under a teacher. District Administrators can run the report for all schools, all teachers, and all classes, or limit the scope. School administrators can run the report for all teachers and all classes, or limit the scope.

The Total Time report displays time in hours for each program.

Teachers can run the Total Time report on a specific class or classes, or all classes by using the available options under "Filter Report", as well as filter by specific grade levels and/or Date Ranges.

Export this report to PDF or to Excel.

Use the Total Time report to keep track of the student activity in each program throughout the school year.
