The Progress Monitoring Detail by Student is available at the teacher, school and district administrator levels. It allows educators to view all Progress Monitoring assessments for a specific student assigned, and how the student performed on specific topics in each assessment. In the example below, the report is shown at the teacher level.
From the first drop down menu, select the class the student is in you would like to view. School administrators will first select a teacher. District administrators will first select a school, then select a teacher.
From the second drop down menu, select the student you would like to view.
Click "View Report" once you have selected the correct student.
Progress Monitoring assessments are strictly designed to track progress across the school year, so unlike other Assessment reports, the Progress Monitoring Detail report shows the questions a student answers correctly, rather than incorrectly.
Description/Sample - The type of question that student saw in the assessment.
Std. - The standard associated with the question the student saw in the assessment.
Year, Month, Week - The year, the month, and the week of the year (out of 52) the student completed the PM assessment. If the student took two or more assessments in a week, the latest PM assessment completed will display here.
Use this report to see what grade level content a student is struggling with, and target that content with Assignments.
