The Multi Grade Diagnostic Summary report is available at the teacher, school, and district administrator levels. It allows educators to view results on a specific Multi Grade Diagnostic assessment assigned to students. In the example below, the Summary report is described at the teacher level.
After selecting "Summary," run the default report by clicking "View Report," or you can change the options.
Select Test(s) - Select which test(s) you would like to filter by; by default, the report will run for all assessments.
Options - Customize the report by clicking "Options" on the left. In the slide out window you can change options.
Select Class(es) - Select one or multiple. To view one specific class, click "All Classes" and choose the class. To compare two or more classes, click the "All Classes" bar and choose the classes. Remove classes by clicking the "x" next to the class name. You can also select as many classes as you like.
Select Student(s) - Select one or multiple students. To view only one specific student, click "All Students" and choose the student. To compare two or more students, click "All Students" and choose the students. Remove students by clicking the "x" next to the student name. You can include as many students as you have the ability to see.
View Students for - Choose to view students for only Teacher of Record, only Virtual View, or both.
3. View Report - After changing options, click "View Report." Remember, always click "View Report" after you have changed options.
Color Coding - The diagnostic summary will color code each student's progress, so you can quickly see who has finished testing, and who needs to complete testing.
Not Assigned - Students not assigned to the selected Multi Grade Diagnostic display an orange bar.
Not Started - Students assigned but not started display a yellow bar.
In Progress - Students not completed display a light blue bar.
Complete - Students completed display a dark blue bar.
Latest Change - this column compares the scores of the latest test to the previous test.
Total Change - compares the score of the latest test to the first test.
