The Ranking report is available at the teacher, school and district administrator levels. It allows educators to rank students based on content across multiple grades. In the example below, the Ranking Report is shown at the teacher level.
After selecting "Ranking," you can run the default report by clicking "View Report," or you can alter the options.
Assessment Level - Choose the level at which the assessment was assigned: Teacher, school administrator, or district administrator.
Select Test - Click this drop down menu, and select the name of the test to view. (Multi Grade Diagnostics assigned by school administrators will end with the school administrator's name in parentheses.)
Content Grade - Because Multi Grade Diagnostics include several grade levels of questions all in one assessment, you will need to select the grade level of the students to view. You can easily change the grade level by clicking the number in the number line. Click "View Report" to apply changes.
Options - Click "Options" to filter data. Filter by Class and/or Student.
Select Class(es) - Select one or multiple. To view one specific class, click "All Classes" and choose the class. To compare two or more classes, click the "All Classes" bar and choose the classes. Remove classes by clicking the "x" next to the class name. You can also select as many classes as you like.
Select Student(s) - Select one or multiple students. To view only one specific student, click "All Students" and choose the student. To compare two or more students, click "All Students" and choose the students. Remove students by clicking the "x" next to the student name. You can include as many students as you have the ability to see.
View Report - After changing options, click "View Report." Remember, always click "View Report" after you have changed options.
Export - Export to PDF or Excel.
Item Detail - This table shows all students of the selected grade in the selected class(es) and their performance on the Multi Grade Diagnostic assessment(s) selected.
Grade - The % of questions at each grade level answered correctly.
Overall - The student's overall percent correct.
Rank # - The student's rank in the selected group based on their overall % correct. If this report is viewed at the district or school level, it will rank all students in the district or school.
Legend - The legend shows a description of each standard, the location in iLearn Math and Assignments that that standard appears, and the average score for the standard based on the students in the report you run. The average score will help you determine which standards your students struggle with most.
