District and school administrators can view the roster of all users below their level. In the example below, all information is described at the District level.
The data available are:
District Data - displays the district and student count
District Admin Data - displays users with district admin accounts in iLearn
School Data - displays all schools in the district, the school type, student count at each school, and the state
School Admin Data - displays users with school admin accounts in iLearn at each school in the district
Teacher Data - displays users with teacher accounts in iLearn at each school in the district
Class Data - displays all classes in iLearn under each teacher at each school in the district
Student Data - displays all users who have a student account under each teacher in each school in the district
Click the box for each category to view, and click "View Report."
Each item selected will display on a page, with the first item displaying on the first page. Export this report to PDF or to Excel. Navigate through the pages by clicking ►. The District Roster and School Roster reports do not display usernames and passwords. For student accounts, iLearn only enters the first three letters of a student's last name to protect privacy. Use the District Roster or School Roster to determine who already has an account in iLearn, and to ensure that all listed should have an account.
