Activity

The Activity report is available at the teacher, school and district administrator levels. It displays detailed metrics on all students' progress in iLearn Math. In the example below, the Activity report is described at the teacher level.

  • Select Class(es) - The report displays all classes by default. Click "All Classes" and click the class or classes to filter by. School administrators can first select a teacher. District administrators can first select a school, then a teacher.
  • View Students for - Click to select the student type: Both, Teacher of Record Only, or Virtual View Only.
  • Date Range - "All Dates" is the default. Click and select "Custom" to view a specific date range. Type in the specific dates or select them using the calendar button.
  • Options - Click "Options" to filter data. Click the arrow icon to expand a category and choose fields. Check boxes to include, and uncheck them to remove.
  • Misc. - Start Date, End Date, Total Days, Total Hours, Total Points
  • Progress - By Location, By Chapter, Unit Summary, Chapter Summary, Lesson Summary, By %, By Grade
  • Scores - Unit Tests, Chapter Tests
  • Metrics - Hours Per, Answers, Average
  • View Report - Always click "View Report" after making changes. A reminder will display in which you can click "View Report."
  • Export - Export to PDF or Excel.

The report can display measures of Progress, Scores, and other Metrics. Columns are numbered sequentially and do not change regardless of columns added or removed.

  • Student - name of the student(s)
  • Grade - enrolled grade level of the student

Misc.

  1. Start Date - date of first activity in the date range
  2. End Date - date of last activity in the date range
  3. Total Days - total number of days active in the date range
  4. Total Hours - total number of hours of activity in the date range

Progress

  • By Location:
    1. Start - starting location for the date range, Unit and Chapter (A.7 is Unit A Chapter 7)
    2. End - ending location for the date range, Unit and Chapter
  • By Chapter:
    1. Start - starting chapter for the date range by chapter sequence number
    2. End - ending chapter for the date range by chapter sequence number
  • Unit Summary
    1. Exmt - number of units exempted by passing the Unit Challenge Test for the date range
    2. Mast - number of units mastered by passing the Unit Mastery Test for the date range
    3. Total - number of units exempted and mastered for the date range
  • Chapter Summary
    1. Exmt by Unit - number of chapters exempted by passing Unit Challenge Tests for the date range
    2. Exmt - number of chapters exempted by passing the Chapter Challenge Tests for the date range
    3. Mast - number of chapters mastered by passing the Chapter Mastery Test for the date range
    4. Total - number of chapters exempted and mastered for the date range
  • Lesson Summary
    1. Exmt by Unit - number of lessons exempted by passing Unit Challenge Tests for the date range
    2. Exmt by Chap - number of lessons exempted by passing Chapter Challenge tests for the date range
    3. Exmt - number of lessons exempted by passing Lesson Challenge Quizzes for the date range
    4. Mast - number of lessons mastered for the date range
    5. Total - number of lessons exempted and mastered for the date range
  • By %
    1. Start - starting location in the date range, by percent, with 100% representing the last chapter of the student's enrolled grade level
    2. End - ending location in the date range, by percent as described in the line above
  • By Grade
    1. Start - starting location by grade level. Grade 0.3 for example, would represent the student starting at the chapter 30% into first grade.
    2. End - ending location by grade level. Grade 4.4 for example, would represent the student completing all of 4th grade content, and 40% of the chapters in 5th grade.

Scores

  • Unit Tests
    1. Chal - average percent correct for the date range on only those Unit Challenge Tests not passed.
    2. Mast - average percent correct for the date range on Unit Mastery Tests. These mastery tests scores are compared to the Unit Challenge Test scores in the preceding line.
  • Chapter Test
    1. Chal - average percent correct for the date range on only those Chapter Challenge Tests not passed.
    2. Mast - average percent correct for the date range on Chapter Mastery Tests. These mastery test scores are compared to the Chapter Challenge Test scores in the preceding line.

Metrics

  • Hours Per
    1. Unit Mast - hours per units mastered (usage hours for the date range divided by the total number of units mastered for the date range)
    2. Chap Mast - hours per chapters mastered (usage hours for the date range divided by the total numbers of chapters mastered for the date range)
    3. Lsn Mast - hours per lessons mastered (usage hours for the date range divided by the total number of lesson mastered for the date range)
    4. Total Units - hours per total units (usage hours for the date range divided by the total number of units mastered and exempted for the date range)
    5. Total Chap - hours per total chapters (usage hours for the date divided by the total number of chapters mastered and exempted for the date range)
    6. Total Lsn - hours per total lessons (usage hours for the date range divided by the total number of lessons mastered and exempted for the date range)
