Welcome to iLearn

Here, you will find step-by-step instructions to setting up your account, entering a Course Key for your instructor's class, and entering a Student Key. This guide will walk you through all the steps to getting started.

You should bookmark www.ilearn.com/login. This is the link you will always access to log in. Below are the getting started steps (click the grey bar to expand the information):

Step 1: Create an Account

If you already have an account, proceed to Step 3: Login in to iLearn.

To create an account, go to www.ilearn.com/enroll (you will only go to this link once). Then click on the "Click Here" button as seen in the picture below.

Step 2: Enter Your Information

Enter your first name, last name, and a valid email address. Your email address is used to verify you do not already have an account, and will allow you to reset your password if ever forgotten. *Please be sure to enter your email address carefully and correctly and to enter a valid email address.

Enter the required fields (marked with *) and click the "Submit" button.

Important: Usernames and passwords are not case sensitive (meaning, do not worry about capital or lower case letters) and usernames and passwords cannot contain special characters (for example: !@#$%^&*()<>:"{}[]~`;, etc.).

Step 3: Log in to iLearn

After creating your account and noting your username and password, proceed to the login page at www.ilearn.com/login and click the button "Click Here." Make sure to bookmark this page (www.ilearn.com/login).

Then, enter your username and password and click the "Login" button.

Step 4: Enter Your Course Key

Your instructor will give you a Course Key. Enter it in the Course Key box.

Important: A Course Key is different from a Student Key. Your instructor will provide you with a Course Key (it is typically 6 characters and is only numbers - no letters will be in the Course Key). For example, a Course Key might look like this: 467799; a Student Key is something you purchase and will be 19 characters. For example, a Student Key might look like this: AA3305XN9XWR9X7W9PX.

You purchase your own Student Key which will be entered after entering the Course Key given to your by your instructor. If you have issues entering your Course Key, click here.

Step 5: Enter Your Student Key

After entering your Course Key, you will be asked to enter your Student Key.

You have 21 days from the first day of class to purchase and enter a Student Key. The 21 days is not a free trial period; you must purchase a Student Key to complete your Course. After the first 21 days of the class, you will not be able to access the program until you purchase and enter a Student Key.

You will only enter your Student Key one (1) time.

Important: Pay careful attention to the difference between the letter S and the number 5, and also know that Student Keys do not contain the letter O.

If you have trouble entering your Student Key, please retype your Student Key very carefully making sure to type each character correctly. Technical Support cannot type your Student Key for you; you must type it correctly. If you are having issues entering your Student Key, click here.

Step 6: Click Start

It's that simple! Just click start after logging in. The first time you access iLearn you will complete two Introduction lessons and then take a few Placement Tests (unless your course does not require Placement Tests). Throughout the program you can pass Challenge Tests and skip past Units, Chapters, and Lessons.

Each time you log in, you'll start where you left off. iLearn Math saves everything for you. Simply click start each time to begin.
